  • Speaker 1: One of the most important things to know about any seizure of any property or bank accounts is that there is an ongoing criminal investigation against you that is extremely serious. You should immediately consult an experienced health law attorney that has some knowledge of the criminal law system and can help you take action. You need to take immediate action to have those forfeitures overturned, if at all possible, but the most important thing is to know that there are criminal charges that are also coming down the line against you.
