Indest, recently was interviewed by and quoted extensively in the March 21, 2016, edition of "Part B News," a  flagship publication of Decision Health. This periodical  provides crucial business information to physician offices, solo and specialty medical  practices, hospitals and home health agencies on medicare issues.

Mr. Indest discussed  how to respond when faced with search warrants that allow the raiding of a medical practice and the seizure of medical records and other documents. The article goes into detail about assuring the integrity of the files when dealing with that situation.
