The National Association of Legal Fee Analysis (NALFA) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit professional association for the legal fee analysis field. It's members provide a range of services on attorney fee and legal billing matters. Courts and clients turn to members like Mr. Indest, for expertise when attorney fees and expenses are at issue in large, complex cases. NALFA members are fully qualified attorney fee experts, special fee masters, bankruptcy fee examiners, fee dispute mediators, and legal bill auditors.
Mr. Indest is a well-known attorney both in the local community and statewide. He represents primarily physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, medical groups, licensed health facilities and other health providers in Florida and throughout the U.S. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the legal specialty of Health Law. He is a member of the executive counsel of The Health Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as a certified legal specialist by the U.S Navy in Health Law and International Law.
His practice encompasses all aspects of health law, including malpractice defense, qui-tam or "whistleblower" and false claims, defense of professional licensing cases, representation in investigations, defense in credentialing matters, Medicare and Medicaid audits, formation of corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs), Board of Medicine hearings, peer review actions, clinical privileges hearings, representation of medical students and other matters of health care law and legal representation of health care professionals. In 1999, Mr. Indest started The Health Law Firm, which now has offices in Central Florida and Colorado.
