THE HEALTH LAW FIRM PARTNERS WITH THE DUVAL COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY TO ENCOURAGE LEADERSHIP IN THE MEDICAL FIELD
Orlando, Fla. - April 29, 2015 - Christopher E. Brown, an attorney with The Health Law Firm, presented a lecture during the Duval County Medical Society Leadership Through Mentorship Program on Saturday, April 25, 2015. Mr. Brown spoke to physician, mentors and mentees on the rules, regulations and issues that can affect their medical practice.
Specifically, Mr. Brown spoke on common regulatory pitfalls, professionalism on social media and ways to protect a medical license. This presentation was given to around a dozen health care professionals.
The Duval County Medical Society is breaking new ground with its Leadership Through Mentorship Program. The goal of this program is to partner well-established physician leaders within the community with younger doctors who are just starting out. The curriculum encourages a mutually beneficial collaboration between professionals. This event was the first of its kind and sponsored solely by The Health Law Firm.
