ORLANDO HEALTH ATTORNEY FEATURED IN JULY 25, 2012 ISSUE OF MEDICAL ECONOMICS

Orlando, Fla. - August 3, 2012 - George F. Indest III, President and Managing Partner of The Health Law Firm, shares his knowledge of health law in the July 25, 2012 issue of Medical Economics. Mr. Indest wrote an article about the lists recently released by nine medical specialty societies, including the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American College of Physicians (ACP) on the top medical tests and procedures that patients and physicians should question. In the article, he provided his insight into what these lists may mean for patients and doctors. His knowledge is based on his more than 30 years of experience in defending physicians and representing health care providers.

The article, "Beware Legal Ramifications of Unnecessary Tests," discusses the additional litigation doctors, healthcare clinics, and hospitals could face by ordering “unnecessary” tests and procedures for their patients. The entire article can be read here.

Mr. Indest is a well-known attorney specializing in the representation of health professionals and healthcare providers throughout Florida. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the legal specialty of Health Law.
